Is there a free trial?
Yes — every paid plan includes a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you won't be charged.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade in-app at any time. Annual subscribers get a pro-rated credit for the unused portion of their term when they upgrade.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or independent restaurants?
Yes — independent venues and registered non-profits get a 30% discount. Send us a note from the contact form and we'll set it up.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export your full menu (items, categories, photos, translations) as JSON or CSV at any time. We retain backups for 30 days after cancellation.
Where is my data hosted?
EU-West and US-East by default, with multi-region failover for Scale customers. Data residency options available on request.
Do you support custom languages?
Yes — Growth and Scale plans support any number of languages. Add a JSON translation file and the entire guest menu re-renders.
